Refund eligibility depends on approved service terms, applicable law, payment status and the stage of work. No arbitrary refund window is claimed in this draft.

Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate payment and transaction-failure claims should be reviewed against actual payment-provider records; a screenshot alone is not authoritative proof of settlement.

Evaluation and fees

A fee does not purchase a positive outcome or guaranteed certificate. Terms must describe the evaluation service and the point at which work commences.

Processing and decisions

Any approved timelines, deductions, exceptions, refund methods and dispute handling procedures must be confirmed by the owner before activation.
